How can you make a difference?

Under general supervision of the Project Officer Nutrition, performs a variety of information gathering, monitoring, technical and administrative services of moderate scope and difficulty, in support of programme activities.

Summary of key accountabilities:

 

  • Support IMAM programs including management of CAGs and DCTs for partners with active PCAs.
  • Coordinate the development of quarterly QZIP and fund disbursement. Coordinate with NOs/Nutrition specialist and forecast funds.
  • Keeping an up-to-date records of finally approved PCA proposals submitted by the nutrition program;
  • Produce status report on PCAs and fund utilisation, liaison with CO and with Head of sections and NOs
  • Manage leave plan (entitlements only) for all the Nutrition section’s staff including development of the annual leave plan at the beginning of the year with quarterly up to date information to reflect actual status.
  • Generate, share and follow up on monthly status report of closure of TAs in VISION.
  • Support trainings if and when necessary.

 

To qualify as an advocate for every child you will have…

 

  • Completion of secondary education, preferably supplemented by technical or university courses related to the work of the organization
  • A minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible administrative or clerical work experience is required.
  • Fluency in English and local language of the duty station is required.
