Job brief

We are looking for a corporate accounts manager to play a critical role in building relationships with significant clients. Our ideal candidate should ensure client satisfaction and be able to identify new opportunities to increase sales.

A corporate account manager, will represent our company and interact with major clients. Excellent communication skills with a customer service attitude are required in this position.

Ultimately, the chosen candidate should be responsible for achieving sales quota and strategic account targets.

Roles and Responsibilities

 Manage our key accounts portfolio.

 Achieve assigned strategic account objectives.

 Establish strong, long-term client relationships.

 Communicate with major clients on a regular basis and respond to specific queries.

 Suggest solutions and innovative ideas to meet client needs.

 Handle complaints and problems in a timely and effective manner.

 Act as the liaison between key customers and internal teams.

 Identify and approach new potential strategic customers.

 Monitor sales performance metrics.

 Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports and forecasts.

 Create Client Strategy.

 Answer Client Concerns.

Minimum Qualifications:

Required Experience & Qualifications

 BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field.

 Proven work experience as a Corporate Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, relevant role.

 Solid sales experience in Business to business environment.

 Hands on experience with Account management systems.

 An ability to address customer requests in a timely manner.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an attitude for building strong client relationships.

 Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude.

 Proficient in English, Arabic and Good knowledge of additional languages will be a definite plus.

Desired Experience & Qualifications

 BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Marketing/Sales or relevant field, Master degree will be a definite plus.

 Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

 Skills in conducting basic research on the Internet.

 Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

 High comfort level with writing reports, analyzing and summarizing data from diverse sources, interviews, meetings, surveys and focus groups, and ability to deliver work on a timeline.

 Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
