Your contribution:

PSI seeks dynamic and energetic candidates with experience in HR and administration in particularly filling, and good record keeping skills, with a strong background in human resources and personnel management capacities.


·         Attendance of meetings and production of notes when required

·         Assisting in updating staff leave calendars and leave accruals.

·         Updating and maintaining the HR filing system

·         General photocopying and scanning of HR documents.

·         Producing general standard correspondence such as reference check forms, payroll, work experience and recruitment queries.

·         Assisting with the administration of the joiners and leavers process

·         Assisting in the production of interview packs

·         Assisting with the appraisal review process – logging appraisal completion dates and paperwork received. Assisting in Producing monthly completion reports.

·         Assisting with the induction process – meet and greet newly joiners.

·         Checking, production of documents, arranging appointments.

·         Assisting with the probation review process – Production of documents, in liaison with the HR Officer ensure appointments with the line manager are booked and held in accordance with the policy.

·         Assisting with the administration of the delivery of internal training courses including: Informing speakers and helping with materials, invitations, material production and copying,

·         Room bookings and catering requests, attendance sheets, distribution of feedback.

·         Updating staff records and management of Leave and staff movement.

·         Assisting with absence administration – inputting of data relating to holidays and sickness and producing monthly reports regarding this.

·         Any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

What are we looking for?

The basics:

o   Bachelor’s in business administration from a recognized university with HR option

o   Relevant further qualifications in HR & administration

o   3 Years HR/Administration experience

o   High level of computer literacy, Inc. use of spreadsheets.

o   Ability to use HR system

What would get us excited?

o   Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

o   Regular user of HRIS software o Use of computerized payroll software

o   Ability to priorities, use own initiative, take and implement decisions to achieve agreed objectives

o   Ability to absorb detail, and learn new skills and processes quickly

o   Flexibility and good humor
